According to the latest box-office reports by boxofficeindia.com, Madhur Bhandarkar's latest outing, 'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji', has managed to garner Rs 8.75 crore nett in just two days of its release.

Directed by National Award Winner Madhur Bhandarkar, 'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji' was expected to set the cash registers ringing at the box-office. However, the film had a better opening as compared to 'No One Killed Jessica' and 'Dhobi Ghat'.

Palpably, the film under-performed on Friday morning, but the business picked up in the evening amounting to Rs 3.75 crore nett on Friday.

On Saturday, the film managed to do a business of 4.80-4.90 crore nett.

Interestingly, most of the business surged in multiplexes, while the single screens saw a mere increase of 10 percent.

Apparently, Mumbai, especially Pune, turned out to be quite fortunate for 'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji'. Though the response in Mysore is excellent, in the rest of the country, it's average.

It seems the audience is still finding it hard to digest a comic outing from Madhur Bhandarkar.

Considering the response the film has been getting, it is expected to glean 14 crore nett, during the weekend.
