'Milenge Milenge' producer Boney Kapoor accused Himesh Reshammiya for using the song 'Tanhaiyaan' for the promotion of 'Aap Ka Suroor' as right of the song was with Kapoor.
Initially, Himesh declined the claims, but later in 2007, mended differences with Kapoor by apologizing for it.
