Entertainment industry is highly dependent on television. Apart from adding profits to Bollywood revenues, it provides maximum publicity to all stars for being part of a medium, which reaches a greater percentage of audiences.

Without fearing over-exposure, every Bollywood star now wants to be part of television. So it comes as a surprise, when we find a film star like Imran Khan, who says that he is not interested in the medium.

Television reduces one’s intelligence, says Imran
Imran even feels that television reduces ones intelligence, as the day to day programmes on the small screen are filled with garbage.

Imran said, “I have never watched television. We have a television room at our home. My wife and mother watch TV. I don't."

Though Imran might seem to be dead against the medium, he has made a number of appearances on television. Along with Aamir Khan, Imran was seen on a popular television show ‘Dus Ka Dum’.

He was also seen on ‘Koffee with Karan’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor.

Imran’s latest film projects
Imran Khan’s forthcoming films include ‘Delhi Belly’, which is being produced by Aamir Khan and directed by Abhinay Deo.

He is also a part of YRF’s ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Ali Zafar in lead roles. The shooting for the film has already started and is scheduled to release on September 9, this year.
