Initially, Katrina was skeptical about singing due to her Hindi speaking skills. Thanks to Ali Zafar's convincing power that agreed Katrina.
A little birdie familiar with the matter revealed, “Katrina was not really in the mood to try out something new. She has just started to get a grasp over her spoken Hindi. It was Ali who convinced her.”
When quizzed the music composer of the film, Sohail Sen about Katrina's singing, he dodged the reports and said that they are still deciding on it.
Directed by debutant, Ali Abbas Zafar, the romantic-comedy, MBKD features Preity Zinta, Parikshit Sahni, and Kanwaljit Singh, besides Katrina, Imran and Ali Zafar. Interestingly, John Abraham will be seen doing a cameo.
