It's not an exaggeration, but a fact that the film features 22 kisses between protagonist Arunoday Singh and Aditi Rao Hydari. Interestingly, the film has surpassed the record of 17 smooches set by 'Khwahish', featuring Mallika Sherawat and Himanshu Malik.

Director's take on the kissing scenes
Commenting on the 22 kissing scenes in the film, the director of the film Sudhir Mishra said, “Aditi and Arunoday play a young couple based in Delhi. They kiss every time they quarrel. And they quarrel a lot.”

The director feels that kissing scenes are important in a film, rather than the hip-shaking movements.

Strangely, the protagonists of the film have no issues with liplocking scenes, and it seems that their families are fine with the smooches record set by them.

Both, Arunoday and Aditi belong to political families, and Aditi is married to actor Satydeep Mishra.

About 'Yeh Saali Zindagi'
All set to hit the theatres on Feb. 4, 2011, 'Yeh Saali zindagi' is a romantic thriller that focuses on the unexpected troubles in one's life.

The film features Irrfan Khan as Arun, Chitrangada Singh as Priti, Arunoday Singh as Kuldeep, and Aditi Rao Hydari as Shanti as the main lead.

In the film, Arun is in love with Priti, and unfortunately, Priti loves somebody else. And now, Arun has to save his life.

While Kuldeep, who is a young gangster, tries hard to save his marriage as his wife threatens to walk out of his life completely.

Chitrangada wants to work with Aamir Khan
While promoting her forthcoming film, 'Yeh Saali Zindagi', when Chitrangada was questioned, with whom she would like to share the silver screen, Chitrangada quipped, “If you ask me to name one actor with whom I want to work, then its Aamir Khan.

“If Sudhir (Mishra) makes a film with him then I would stand in line with a hope that I will get a chance.”
