Remember the bold and beautiful Mallika Sherawat in 'Murder'? Well, just three films old actress, Jacqueline Fernandez promises you the same sizzling chemistry, as the bombshell recently revealed that she would not mind shedding clothes, if the script demands it.

Talking about this Jacqueline said, “Of course, why are you an actor.

“Why are you an actor if you are not going to give your whole to a role. Otherwise don't be an actor that's what I think.

“I don't know why people are actors when they are not ready to do it. If you are an actor you should be ready to do it. I am a serious actor and I am ready to do it for a character.”

To be directed by Mohit Suri, 'Murder 2' is a sequel to 'Murder' (2004), a Bollywood thriller film. It will be produced by Mahesh Bhatt.

After bagging the role in the sequel, the Sri Lankan actress is little nervous whether she will be able to live up to the expectations of the audience, as people are bound to compare her with Mallika.

Jacqueline revealed that though 'Murder 2' is a thriller, her role is completely different this time as it's bold, promising and mysterious.

“Lot of people are expecting 'Murder-2' to be like 'Murder'. But it will be a totally different narrative. I play a totally different character. It's obviously a thriller and it's got lot of interesting and mysterious kind of characters,” said the 26-year-old actress.

“The character I play is balanced. She is bold. She is sensuous. She is clever. But at the same time it's a character every girl can relate to.”

Is Jacqueline committed?
Well, this is a mystery yet to be solved. When the actress was questioned whether she is single or committed, Jacqueline replied, “No comment on that either.”

Interestingly, there were rumors about link-ups between this 'Aladdin' actress and his co-star, Ritesh Deshmukh.
