Recently, on Karan Johar’s popular chat show ‘Koffee With Karan', Ajay stunned Karan and the crew members of the show, when during the “Rapid Fire Round”, Ajay advised his good friends and Bollywood's longtime couple, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, not to tie the knot.

Palpably, Ajay’s comment is shocking, considering the fact that he’s often touted as a family guy, happily married to Kajol for more than ten years.

Considering the current situation, Hrithik, during his shoot for KWK, had rightly said that Karan has the talent of getting secrets out on his show.

Sources familiar with the matter revealed that things were going smooth until Karan moved on to his famous “Rapid Fire Round”, where celebrity guests are asked some questions and they are required to give witty answers, in order to win the coffee hamper.

“Karan asked Ajay to render some piece of marital advice to Saif and Kareena. Without batting an eyelid, Ajay said, 'Don't get married',” revealed a source.

“If it wasn't a 'Rapid Fire Round' Karan would have definitely probed why Devgan holds this opinion about Saif's and Kareena's future."

However, whether this statement will be retained in the episode or not, is still unknown. But as per the sources, there’s no need to edit it as it will most certainly spice up the whole episode.

Ajay was just kidding
Tabloids are certainly having a blast as now, they have some spicy and entertaining gossip for days to come.

However, the 41-year-old actor’s friends believe that there’s no need to weave unnecessary controversy around his words as they are sure Ajay was just joking and meant nothing by his comment.

"Woh usne masti mein bola hoga," said a close friend of Ajay on condition of anonymity.
