Director Sidhharth Anand has coupled in Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, who are looking good together and even strike decent on-screen chemistry.

The movie leaves behind the trodden paths and is a fresh take on the relationship of two people, their journey from strangers to lovers and then strangers again.

The storyline of 'Anjaana Anjaani'
‘Anjaana Anjaani’ promises to brilliantly depict, the modern day love story and revolves around San Francisco-based Kiara, enacted by Priyanka Chopra and New York-based Akash, essayed by Ranbir Kapoor.

The funniest part is their first encounter. While Akash decides to end his life due to an unsuccessful business, Kiara wants to commit suicide because of a failed affair. And, the height of coincidence is that both land up at the same bridge and at the same time.

Circumstances unfold in a way that both mutually decide to commit suicide on Dec. 31 that is 20 days away. So, before dying, they decide to fulfill their incomplete desires.

The real story actually begins from here on. While the first half of the movie fails to ignite much excitement, the second half of the movie will have everyone hooked on to their seats.

The road trip from New York-Las Vegas-San Francisco is a major puller and the American backdrop has been depicted beautifully.

A stylish and musical movie
Costume designer Mamta Anand, who designed Ranbir’s outfits and Manish Malhotra, who took on the responsibility to make Priyanka's look trendy, have done a great job and its thumbs up to them.

The music by Vishal-Shekhar is melodious and has substance and has been liked by music lovers. The moviegoers are eagerly waiting for the movie that is all set to release on Oct. 1.

Overall, the promos are good and the movie is recommended for all Bollywood lovers. So, pick up the phone and book a ticket right away!
