I’ll be happy with two kids—Abhishek Bachchan

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan in an interview for the September issue of GQ magazine, candidly talked about his life, wife and beloved Aishwarya, and how he would love to have at least two kids with his wife.

Abhi revealed his heart’s desire, when asked about couple’s plans to start their family.

Abhi, who like any other Bachchan family member usually avoids this particular question, candidly revealed, “I’ll be happy with two kids. I mean, I have me and my sister, so maybe that’s where it comes from.”

He quickly added that he finds the very idea of planning kids absurd as it’s like a “blessing of God, and it should just happen as and when. You know, whenever it’s meant to be.

I am against the whole thing of “Let’s plan it”, you know, “We’re trying for a baby.” I find that a bit weird,” said the actor.

Apparently, when Abhi-Aish will be starting their family is a hot topic of debate ever since they had tied the knot few years back.

Media scrutiny over the issue, annoying
Abhishek added that he finds the media scrutiny over this issue annoying and intrusive, almost bordering on absurdity.

“I find it very intrusive. I really don’t want to know when other people are having babies; why would you want to know when I’m having babies?” said Abhi.

He also said that it’s a personal issue and media should refrain from making it a national issue.

Shy guy Abhishek?
Not only Abhi talked about kids and other stuff but he also revealed that even today he’s as shy as he used to be when he was growing up.

“I’m very shy. I grew up in a boarding school where there were 300 students in total. So everybody was very closely knit. So, you know, even if you had a girlfriend, she was in your class or whatever.

You interacted on an everyday basis, so there wasn’t really an opportunity to go out and do the whole dating thing. I never ever did that, and I was way too shy to go speak to a girl,” revealed Abhi.
