Amitabh Bachchan worried over privacy due to Metro rail

Bollywood’s mega-star Amitabh Bachchan, on Tuesday wrote on his blog post that on one hand he’s happy that proposed Metro rail segment will finally be becoming a reality, however, the only hitch is that all this will invade his privacy.

Apparently, the Metro rail segment will be passing by mega-star’s home in suburban Mumbai ‘Prateeksha'.

"It is finally happening. The Metro rail being laid over the metropolis called Mumbai, some under the ground; some above over large tracts of cement structures is taking shape,” wrote Big B in his blog posting.

He went on to add that this will end “the misery of crowed locals to great deal.”

“But here is the killer! It’s going to roll over Prateeksha! So bye bye privacy and hello fellow travelers," read Big B’s blog.

General discontentment over Big B’s blog
There’s no doubt over the fact that Big B even today enjoys public love and support as he used to in his hay days.

But seems like his blog posting over Metro rail line has not just angered government officials but general public is equally annoyed.

Reacting to Bachchan’s much-hyped controversial message a Twitterer shot back: “Mr. @SrBachchan has a problem with Mumbai metro well I have a solution for u sir throw away your cars, try to travel in local trains.”

Even Big B’s one-time close friend politician Amar Singh seem to have taken different route as he believes that famous personalities like him might not like these kinds of government plans, but they are essential for the good and betterment of common people.

Big B’s unexpected supporter
However, not all are ready to jump to conclusions on Big B’s blog posting and he seems to have found an unexpected supporter in Shiv Sena.

“I have read his blog, and I don’t think he is opposing the metro project. Whenever it comes to Mumbai, the Bachchan family has shared its joys and sorrows,” said Sena spokesperson Sanjay Raut.

Even Big B expressed his disappointment that people misunderstood his message.
