Rituparna, who has her platter full with commercial and parallel films, has been on a high that she has been approached for Madhur's next project, which is supposedly a comedy caper.
'Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji' has an ensemble starcast
The 38-year-old actress, who shot to fame in her debut Bollywood film with ‘Main, Meri Patni Aur Woh!’, opposite Rajpal Yadav, stressed that she would strive to entertain audience in this film.
Choosing not to disclose much about her role in 'Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji', Rituparna stated that she was very much excited to work in Madhur’s next project.
Incidentally, the actress also added that Madhur had not explained much about the role that she would be portraying in the film.
All praises for the director, she stated, “I consider him to be a fantastic director.”
Apart from Ajay and Rituparna, 'Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji' will also have stars, including Emraan Hashmi, Omi Vaidya, Shraddha Das and Shruti Hassan.
Rituparna wants to do challenging roles
Having given some of the most hard hitting performances in Benagli and Hindi, the actress wants to do only challenging roles.
Speaking about her decision, she stated, “Its five years that I am working in Hindi films. Though I am overall satisfied with my work here, I want more challenging roles.”
As of now the actress is eagerly waiting for two film releases, which includes Amol Palekar's English film ‘And Once Again’ and ‘Life Express’, which is slated to release this month.
Ajay Devgan and Anil Kapoor in a leading role in 'Bullet Train'
Ajay Devagan, who is currently shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's new project ‘Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji’, has bagged a new movie offer, which is Priyadarshan’s forthcoming film titled ‘Bullet Train’.
'Bullet Train' will be produced by Ratan Jain, starring Ajay and Anil along with Kangana Ranuat and Sameera Reddy.
Interestingly, this would be the fifth project on which Priyadarshan and Ratan Jain will be working together, after earlier given hits like ‘Hungama’, ‘Hulchul’, ‘Garam Masala’ and ‘De Dana Dan’.
‘Bullet Train’ is expected to go on floors from next month. Buzz has it that this film will be shot in major locations in London, Scotland, Wales and Birmingham.
