Within 22 hours of his joining, the '3 idiots' star got 46,441 fan followers. The next big thing will be watching Aamir breaking Shah Rukh's record for having more than 450,000 followers.

Versatile actor Aamir is following only one star, Amitabh Bachchan, and posted his second tweet for Sr. Bachchan. He expressed his gratitude to Big B for suggesting him to join the social networking site.

Aamir tweeted, “Bhala gardish falak ki chain deti hai kise Insha, ganimat hai ke hum surat yahan do-chaar baithey hain. Esp for you sir. Love.”

Big B thanked Aamir for his tweet and further tweeted, “Thank you Aamir .. You give more due than I deserve .. Happy Tweeting ..”
