Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao visited London last week to finalize some marketing deals for their forthcoming venture 'Peepli Live', which is set to release in the month of August, this year.

'Peepli Live' is his home production directed by his better half Kiran Rao.

During the visit, the couple met Anil Kapoor, Amitabh-Jaya Bachchan, Parmeshwar Godrej, Ronnie Screwvala and Akshay Kumar. Surprisingly, Aamir did not meet Shahrukh, who was also in London last week.

Few days ago, Aamir Khan said that he holds no grudges against Shahrukh Khan. But the actor, reportedly, met every film personality in London except King Khan.

A different trip for the couple
The sources revealed that Aamir and Kiran reached London on Tuesday and left on Saturday night.

During his stay, Aamir tried to meet as many friends as he could. He did this for the first time as he doesn't socialize much.

On the first night, Aamir met Anil Kapoor for dinner. Next day, he met Parmeshwar Godrej for lunch and the following day, he went to an Italian restaurant for dinner with Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan.

Amitabh Bachchan, who wanted to take the couple out for dinner, suggested that Aamir start making use of Twitter.

On Saturday night, both Aamir and Akshay boarded the same flight on their way to Mumbai.

Akshay and Aamir shared their views about Bollywood. Apart from this, they talked about their kids and their education and discussed their plans to star their kids in certain films, the sources added.

Aamir avoids Shahrukh
Aamir Khan, who was aware of Shahrukh's presence in London, met almost all the Bollywood stars except the King Khan.

Everybody knows about the cold vibes between Aamir and Shahrukh. Though they claim to be friends, the reality is apparently different.
