Neil breaks eggs on SRK and Saif’s heads
At the award function Shahrukh asked Neil, why he had three first names and no surname. Shahrukh continued his jeer; by expressing that he has a surname Khan and Saif also has the same, and asked Neil why he doesn’t have a last name?

Apparently the incident went out of hand as Neil felt insulted by Shahrukh’s casual banter about his family name.

He didn’t want this to continue as his father was sitting in the audience. And in a fit of anger Neil unexpectedly caused quite a shudder at the auditorium by telling Shahrukh to shut up.

The sudden violent blow caused a state of shock amongst everyone, as after the show an agitated Bipasha demanded to know if it was for real and a furious Katrina asked Neil to apologize to Shahrukh.

In a recent interview, Neil who spoke about this stated, “I'm still shaking. Imagine me telling Shah Rukh Khan to shut up! But I did. That isn't all. At the end of the show I walked up to Shah Rukh and Saif and broke eggs on their heads."

Organizers told Neil to be part of Shahrukh’s act
The drama however turned out to be an act, as Neil later informed how it was all planned by Shahrukh, and the organizers, the Moranis, who had told him to be part of Shahrukh’s act. They had even insisted that he reach the venue as early as possible and rehearse for it.

Neil however couldn’t as he got caught in traffic while picking up his parents, and when finally managed to reach the venue he just had enough time to get a speedy briefing. Incidentally Shahrukh had quickly given him an update on his plan on stage.

Initially, Neil was dismayed to say shut up to Shahrukh?

He stated, “I've never been rude even to my driver. But he insisted. He also told me to throw eggs at him and Saif at the end of the show. I begged and pleaded to spare me. But Shahrukh didn't listen.”

At the last minute Neil changed the plan, as he felt that their fans will not forgive him, instead he broke the eggs on their heads, and chose not to throw eggs on them.

Apparently Neil’s father is still horror struck after this incident and has not forgiven his son, even after he told him it was gag. However, Neil who is delighted that people did get to see his playful side informed that he wouldn’t want to play this game anymore.
