Mumbai, February 5 -- Abhishek Bachchan seems to have a big wish on his 34th birthday. The actor wishes to do more films opposite his beloved wife Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan.
It is not a rule crafted in stone but Jr. Bachchan is keen to make his wish feasible in his reel life only because of two reasons. The first reason is that he thinks the two share a sizzling hot on-screen chemistry, while the second reason is to spend more time with each other.
So far Abhishek has been paired with Rani Mukherji, Priyanka Chopra and most recently with Vidya Balan in ‘Paa’. However, irrespective of sharing amazing screen presence with the actresses, he wants more movies with his wife, Ash.
Abhishek shooting on his B-day
Abhishek's birthday seems a busy affair as the actor is busy shooting for his next film ‘Crooked’.
“I’ll be shooting for my film Crooked in Mumbai - something I do every year on my birthday,” confirmed Abhishek.
When asked if his wife Ash will be joining him, he said, “If she is free, she’ll come and join me. If not, I’ll meet her at night after I finish working.”
Abhishek completes 10 years in Bollywood
This year Abhishek also completes ten years in Bollywood. Abhishek left his studies in middle at Boston University to pursue acting carrier.
He made his debut in 2000, with J.P. Dutta’s moderately successful film ‘Refugee’ where he starred alongside Kareena Kapoor.
Though success kept eluding him, but he slowly managed to carve a niche for himself in the industry.
Abhishek wanted to be Big B
On the occasion of his son's birthday, Big B has posted a letter written by daughter Shweta Nanda on his blog post.
In the letter Shweta disclosed that Jaya chose the name Abhishek because it means the anointing of a God/King for her son. It also said that Abhishek wanted to act since childhood and regularly frequented film sets. After coming home he re-enacted scenes he saw.
The letter also disclosed that all he wished ever was to grow up and be Amitabh Bachchan!
