The story line
The story of this film had been written by Uday Chopra. The film revolves around a beautiful college girl Alisha (Priyanka Chopra) and a geeky Abhay Chopra (Uday Chopra).
Abhay is a gauche bespectacled guy who is madly in love with the prettiest and popular girl in college. Every student of Ankert University loves Alisha for her looks and Abhay also falls in love with her like everyone else.
He has two loves in his life, computer and Alisha. Though nerdy Abhay loves her intensely, he never dares to express his feelings for her. And call it quirk of fate, since seven years after completing college Abhay bumps into Alisha in Singapore, who happens to be a divorcee with a kid.
Abhay goes to Singapore because Varun (Dino Morea) steals his software program and sells it to a company there. Alisha, mistaking Abhay to be a nursemaid, hires him to look after her kid.
Will Abhay express his love for Alisha at least this time around is what the movie tries to reveal.
Bottom-line
This feel good film is a romantic comedy that showcases an interesting chemistry between Priyanka and Uday Chopra. Though thoroughly entertaining, the film however lacks a solid script.
Cast and Crew
Uday Chopra has produced this film, which has been directed by friend Jugal Hansraj, who conveys a light-hearted feel to this romantic comedy.
The script of the film had been hemmed by Uday Chopra himself. Priyanka appears gorgeous throughout the film and, as usual, delivers a stunningly natural performance. Uday mouths his dialogue well as a geeky guy.
The music of the film is contemporary and has already topped the charts and was well-received mostly by college-goers. It was the popular duo Salim-Sulaiman who had composed the music, while the styling for Priyanka Chopra had been done by Manish Malhotra.
