Starry tribute to King of Pop
Shahrukh has been a huge fan of Micheal Jackson. He had even bought tickets for the legend’s concert to be conducted in O2 Arena in London this year.

"We've lost a part of our history; some of us have lost a part of our growing up. Some people teach by their words, others by their lives. Thanks for being with us for ever," says an emotional Shahrukh.

Hrithik Roshan adds, "We love you MJ. Your legend will never die."

Music composers tribute
Music composers Vishal-Shekhar too have been greatly influenced by Michael Jackson's music.

Shekhar says, "This is our way of thanking Jackson for giving us his music. It was Shah Rukh's idea, and Vishal and I jumped at the chance because we are both huge fans of Michael Jackson.

“The sound composition and arrangement of We lived in his world is very similar to that of a Michael Jackson number. The song talks about how the music world is absolutely empty without Jackson."

“A tribute to MJ is something any musician would give his right hand to do,” he adds.

While composer Vishal says, “The idea was derived with just from the thought of Michael. It’s just awesome to see all of us come together out of love for one person and his music. It’s magic!”

Vishal also confirms that the video is not created for churning out money rather it’s just a way of sharing their sentiments with the rest of the world.

Samar Khan, who has directed the video, believes that MJ was someone all of us have grown up with.

He says, “MJ’s life and death have made an indelible impression on my life and suffice it to say that I had to be part of that history. The opportunity to direct this video was one I could not pass up and I am certain that it will leave a lasting impression on audiences across India”

"The visual of the song I am directing conveys the fact that even though Michael Jackson is gone, he is still a part of our lives. Although the frames are mostly black, in the end the video is a celebration for Michael Jackson's fans."
