Mallika to become LA citizen
Mallika Sherawat will become the first tinsel town celebrity to be conferred with a tag of honorary citizen of Los Angeles. The Los Angeles City Council will do the honors on the eve of India’s Independence Day.

Excited Mallika tweeted on Friday, “Big day 2morro! LA City Hall. History will b made:) You'll b happy 2 know I'm wearing a suit! Dolce n Gabbana, of course;) Jai Tweeps.”
